Our procedures are as follows:
- Vacuuming
- Pretreatment- We apply a detergent pre-spray that will breakdown and suspend the soils from the carpet fibers
- Pre-spotting- We have a wide variety of spotting agents that are designed to not damage the fabrics or alter the original color when treating the most difficult stains
- Agitation- We agitate the cleaning detergents to allow even distribution to enhance the suspension of soil
- Rinse- We rinse with hot water using a high-efficiency truck-mounted cleaning system
- Furniture moving- We will move and replace furniture that is in the way. We place furniture blocks and tabs to prevent staining
